Born in Baltimore, MD, and raised on a farm in North Dakota, Gwenn has also lived in Seattle, WA, Portland, OR and Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN, before settling in beautiful Asheville, NC to be near family. Gwenn earned her masters degree and served in special education for 10 years before making the leap into the exciting world of real estate. As an agent, she is committed to fully supporting her clients so they can enjoy the process. Her certifications in negotiation & mediation provide unique skill and insight. Gwenn lives in East Asheville with Brian, her husband of 20 years, and their dog Winston.
